PUT LIMITS ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

Social media is great at letting us in touch with the people we care about. We may also view fresh, entertaining, and humorous information thanks to it. It also serves as a reminder of all the things we lack for many of us. Nowadays, a lot of people compare themselves to other people online, even if they don't know them personally. They could subsequently feel pressure to keep up with or outperform these folks. People start to feel inadequate, unworthy, lonely, and, of course, envious as a result.

Keeping social media usage to a minimum reduces our exposure to heavily manipulated content. We can also use the time to create the lifestyles we want. If we didn't spend hours on social media every day, we could spend more time interacting with others, preparing wholesome meals, pursuing interests, and putting ourselves first. People who are happy with their lives experience reduced levels of anxiety and despair, have higher levels of self-esteem, and feel closer to those around them.
